WasteX: A Second Brain for Construction

I am a co-founder at WasteX, where we are building a software platform designed to modernise how construction projects capture, understand, and report resource and waste data. The construction industry generates enormous volumes of material data, yet most of it is still handled manually, retrospectively, or not at all. WasteX exists to change that — not by adding complexity, but by removing friction. My role spans product vision, brand and narrative, go-to-market strategy, and growth. I work closely with engineering to ensure the platform solves real, on-site problems, while also shaping how the product is positioned to builders, contractors, and asset owners. A core part of the platform is WasteXpert™, an ingestion engine that allows users to upload photos, receipts, invoices, and spreadsheets without manual transcription. That capability drives our positioning: WasteX as a second brain for construction projects - capturing data once and making it useful everywhere. Rather than framing sustainability as a compliance burden, WasteX is built around commercial value: saving time, reducing cost, and giving teams clearer insight into how resources move through a project.
